Loads up to 960 links per minute with two linkers — without oil or water for product lubrication. Product changeover takes about 5 minutes, all from a touchscreen.

610 Brat Loader
Semi-automatic loading onto trays — from small-diameter collagen to large natural-cased sausage, with vacuum tray hold-down and tray speeds up to 60/minute. Links are oriented manually.
